Can I have Brazilian Butt lift and Breast lift at the same time? (photo)

I do not prefer and do not recommend having these procedures done at the same time-- since the recovery process is contradictory. 

Thank you for your question. The answer is yes, you can have these two procedure at the same time. But first, for safety reasons, to be a good candidate for the procedures you want at the same time, your labs and cardiovascular preoperative evaluation must be optimal.

Dear Conner93,It is possible to have a revision of your Brazilian butt lift and a breast lift.  However, not everyone is a candidate to have both at the same time for various reasons.  See a plastic surgeon near you for an in person consultation to see if doing both at the same time is best for you.

I think it would be better to separate them, because you not going to be able to lie down on your breasts. Therefore you will be sitting on your buttocks. That pressure will cause more fat to be absorbed, so if you want a fuller buttock I would recommend separating them.Best Regards,Dr Gartner

While it is possible to have a breast lift and BBL at the same time, if you want amazing results from both I would recommend separating those procedures. Based on the picture that you have posted, you seem to be a very good candidate for breast lifting procedure. Cannot really comment on your need for BBL, if that is lateral or outside of the bum fullness, then you may have both procedures at the same time. Best to be seen in person for evaluation.

I can say that you would definitely benefit from a breast lift.  If you are planning to have and nurse more children, then perhaps it should be delayed until you have completed childbearing.  Since you haven't shown butt photos, hard to say how much needs to be done on that end (sorry, no pun intended) and whether it is realistic to perform at the same time as the lift.  Recovery time from a lift in terms of days off is at least 7 days and possibly up to 14.  Since you have already had a BBL, you already know what that is like.  Breast lift is not terribly painful as it involves skin and subcutaneous tissue only.  You should not lift heavy objects during the initial recovery period and that would include carrying your son, if he is still a toddler.

Thanks for your question. Although it may be possible to do both procedures at the same time, recovery would be very difficult for you. I usually advise my BBL patients to avoid sitting or lying on their buttocks for 3 weeks. Lying on your stomach immediately after mastopexy is not recommended. Discuss these concerns with your PS prior to scheduling surgery and let him/her advise what is the best treatment plan for you. Good luck

It is quite common to perform buttock augmentation and breast surgery at the same time. be it augmentation and/or lifting. We do quite a few of theses at our center. Judging from the photo it appears that you would be a good candidate for breast lifting, and since you had your BBL in March  you can undergo a second BBL at this time. You should consult with a Board Certified PS with extensive experience performing the BBL as well as performing the 2 procedures at the same time. Good luck!
