Hello! I am hoping to find a solution for my lack of jawline and slight drooping in the cheeks . I just turned 29 but have had a lot of fluctuation in my weight since my teens. I have heard that I should get a chin implant + remove the fat from under eyes . I would prefer to leave my chin alone but am open to suggestions . I would like to have a tighter stronger jawline , a less tired appearance under my eyes , and something to help the weird mouth jowls . Thank you!
Answer: Get a more defined jawline look by doing morpheus8 treatments Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

Answer: Jawline and Jowl Treatment Hello and thank you for your question and pictures. I think you would do well with a combination of treatments including fillers, sculptra, ultrasound/radiofrequency treatments, and well placed Kybella to define your jawline/jowl area. Make sure you see an experienced physician provider for an in-person consultation and evaluation to determine which combination of treatments would be best for you. Answer: 29-year-old with weak jawline The side profile photographs demonstrate a weak and recessive chin profile for which a chin implant can improve. The size, the shape, and the thickness of the implants are best determined at the time of the consultation and examination. For many before-and-after examples, please see link and the video below

Answer: It looks like you started getting early signs mid-facial fat compartments deflation and gravitational ptosis Thank you for your question. It looks like you started getting early signs mid-facial fat compartments deflation and gravitational ptosis (sagging). Every individual will have those changes of face depending on their life style, weight fluctuations, genetics. You might consider following: Volume re-balancing with filler or Sculptra injections - those will reinforce you face at so called ' anchoring' points to support sagging tissues.Tissue/collagen retracting treatments like radio-frequency or ultherapy -technology based treatments. More radical solution would be MFL using pulling threads and re-positioning sagging fat and soft tissues. This obviously more of a surgical procedure and has more risks, but more likely to help the problem. Best of luck!
