Im 45 and in decent shape. I have a muscular build. I recently began weight training again to lose fat and build muscle. What is the best non-surgical treatment to tighten/tone my abdomen? I realize there are options (RF, laser, fraxel, etc.), however the myriad options only make the pursuit more complicated. My aesthetician recommended 4 sessions every 2 weeks of RF skin tightening on my face. Is it safe to do it that often? Would it be safer to do them once a month instead?

I ended up immobile for around 4 months after a long hospitalization. Muscle tone was lost and I gained so much fat. I've been steady in a caloric deficit. I've hit a plateau and it's really because of my struggle to see the weight I am losing. The loose bits all over are depressing. I've also lost so many cup sizes. I just want to feel and look sexy again. I'm only 28 and my 20's have been spent with my mom bod. I want to be beach ready and not feel so insecure.
