Have lost 30 lbs and it is now too evident in my face, mainly around the nose -chin area. Suggestions?
Answer: Morpheus8 can reduce appearance of harsh lines and smooth out deep nasolabial folds Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

Answer: Improving Nasolabial Lines- Lasers. Fraxel/Clear + Brilliant, RF like VIVA, Peels, Fillers, Skin Care, Face Lift, Fat I recommend fillers for the lines themselves but also lifting around the mouth and cheeks to build underlying anatomical support. In our practice we combine sculptra with other fillers "layered" on top and lasers, rf treatments, J Plasma and peels to get the most conservative natural look. Please see a facial sculpting expert. Answer: Tighten her up I would consider a consult with a physician to see what procedures can be performed to improve the skin appearance and decrease your wrinkles. You may benefit from filler in the cheeks and some in the nasolabial folds, microneedling and RF like VIvace and/or laser.

Answer: Treating facial volume loss and laugh lines with filler I would consider Sculptra, a collagen stimulating filler, to correct facial volume loss followed by Restylane Refyne and Restylane Defyne, flexible gel HA fillers, to fill in the nasolabial folds and marionette lines themselves.

Answer: Non surgical treatment of nasolabial folds Hi and welcome to our forum! While fillers will temporarily lessen the wrinkling and amount of skin folding secondary to stretching aging skin and loss of underlying supportive fat, facelift would be the optimal modality of treatment. As the aging process continues, fillers will become less and less effective, indicating a need for a more aggressive approach. Regarding fillers, we fill the wrinkle itself as well as the cheek and zygomatic area to fill out and lift the fold. We utilize radiesse, a longer lasting (~ one year) filler composed of hydroxyapatite microspheres with satisfactory results. Seek a board certified plastic surgeon with injectable experience for face-to-face evaluation and advice. Best wishes...
