I have titanium pins in my face, what is the best non-surgical treatment to tighten my lower face and neck?

I have heard some doctors are using Kybella off label to slim and tighten the cheeks and face or can I use a treatment like Thermage. I have dark skin so I think some laser treatments won’t work for me.

There are many options for jawline contouring:
1) implants
2) fat or filler injections along the bone
3) botox for masseter hypertrophy or platysma muscle/neck bands
4) ThermiRF/J Plasma/Renuvion/InMode FaceTite for internal heating
5) Thermage or Ultherapy skin tightening
5) PDO Novathreads or instalift threads for lifting
6) Neck or facelifting surgery
7) VASERlipo with or without platysmaplasty

If you are looking for full neck contouring then jawline has to be shaped and neck skin has to be lifted.  If you only want midline improvement then you can do this with hi definition HD liposuction and muscle plication (platysmaplasty) we call that a cobra lift. Get a formal consultation.

In  my opinion, there are two techniques that are very helpful in the jawline and neck area. Radiofrequency tightening and threads. We like the micro-needling radiofrequency device(infini) that Dr. Weiner describes. In addition, PDO threads (Nova) have produced significant jaw line results with few side effects. Both have a minimal amount of downtime. If there is excess fat in the neck, we favor the Infini as it can remove fat.

Kybella can only be used safely in the upper neck and jowl area. Even then, there is risk of nerve injury (lower lip), albeit only temporary. I would suggest using RF, which is safe for all skin types. My preference is the Infini - a microneedling radiofrequency device which improves collagen and elastin leading to tightening. If your masseters are enlarged, injecting them with Botox/Dysport can slim the lower face. Also, proper placement of filler along the jawline, cheek area, is able to improve tissue laxity.
