Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

This will not provide as much improvement as liposuction would. For best results, I recommend a hi definition procedure like VASER liposuction. I use VASER HI DEF with ThermiRF/J Plasma/Renuvion/InMode BodyTite and fat grafting to get the most fat removal, skin tightening, contour and definition. Thanks for your question.  There have been a bunch of new devices introduced lately making all kinds of claims.  Some manufacturers have been slapped by the FDA for false advertising.  I don't know of radio frequency device that has proven PERMANENT fat destruction.  There are several devices available that TEMPORARILY reduce the appearance of fat.  Be wary and research your specific devices FDA clearance.  I suggest searching for the words permanent or temporary.  For permanent fat destruction, the fat cells need to be heated or frozen for an extended period of time.  Both SculpSure and CoolSculpting have proven results.There is no radio frequency device that will work on cellulite.  There are some laser like Cellfina and Cellulaze have proven results, but be sure to ask about discomfort and downtime.  I hope this helps.
