Hi, I’m 41 and feel like back of legs have waviness and love handles don’t budge no matter what. Don’t want surgery. Any recommendations?

Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

Non surgical options give only mild improvement compared to surgical lifting. Skin tightening can be done with a combination of vanquish, venus legacy, exilis, cellutone/Zwave. However, for best results, a lifting procedure can be combined with a high definition procedure at the same time. For best results, I recommend a hi definition procedure like a VASER liposuction. I use VASER HI DEF with ThermiRF and fat grafting to get the most fat removal, skin tightening, contour and definition. This combination will give you the most toned result. The great news is that there are many available options for non-surgical body contouring these days. Your legs appear to have a mild film of cellulite. Many treatments  such as radiofrequency based surface tightening (exilis, thermage) and microneedling with or without RF (fractora, Morpheus, Profound) have success in reducing the appearance of cellulite. Cool sculpting, exilis, kybella, or Body-tite can all effectively eliminate or reduce love handles.

Thanks for your question and posting a picture.  SculpSure is excellent at permanent fat destruction. It is a true, non-invasive, no-downtime body contouring treatment.  We tell our patients SOME people feel like they have had a strenuous workout.  Comfort during treatment can be addressed by changing the power settings up or down.  We get feedback from our patients and try to adjust it so there is only mild discomfort.  Most patients do not see any swelling.  The number of treatments depends on the individual and where your start & end points   Your results will also depend on your diet and exercise program.  I hope this helps.
