A rhinoplasty with refinement of the tip, cartilage grafts to the valves etc will improve your nose. A chin implant is probably needed as well but I need a profile photo.
When it comes to vertically elongating your face, both the upper third (forehead) and lower third (chin) of your face is proportionally smaller than the middle third. A rhinoplasty and chin lengthening procedure would be the two easiest and obvious choices. Depending upon your profile picture would determine whether the chin lengthening is done by an implant or an opening genioplasty. Forehead lengthening is also an option but would require more effort to do. (tissue expansion)
A full set of pictures is required before giving any advice on what may or may not be required. The photographs show a wide bridge and a wide bulbous tip. To narrow the bulbous tip, suture techniques are applied to the lower lateral cartilages to refine and feminize the tip. The dorsal hump can be removed as well as the bridge line narrowed with osteotomies. For many examples of rhinoplasty, please see the link below
Making a personal decision to improve symmetry and harmony in your face is very exciting and at times anxiety producing. Rhinoplasty is always a good place to start as we can improve the facial aesthetics and function of the nose. Most people immediately draw attention to the eyes and then the lips in a public setting. To provide symmetry to a round face, I usually recommend facial fat grafting or dermal fillers. Contemporary fat grafting is utilized to volumize the face, correct asymmetries, and balance the face that has suffered trauma with resultant fat loss or has gone through fat loss from aging. By harvesting, preparing, and transplanting fat as intact tissue it can be selectively used to enhance body contour and improve facial balance.
Thank you for the photos but from what I can see you do not have a round face and a full examination aided by digital photos would be helpful to determine what procedure or set of procedures would be best for you to get you to the "desired" look.Dr. Corbin
A pre-op picture would -be helpful here. You do not have what I would call deep lines. Your skin looks nice and smooth, and you have a NLF present up by the nose. As your swelling continues to resolve this may decrease. You can fill the fold, but this will...
It takes time to see final results... I generally tell patients to wait for three months to see what things will look like when everything settles in. Initially you are swollen and may look worse, then as the swelling subsides your look improves. This is followed by mild changes as...
These are your smile lines. Depending on the anatomy, some people will have prominent lines and other people no lines. Having a thin face will also accentuate the lines. There is no way to get rid of these lines, and they are really not "aging". Some filler to this...
