My chest is the cause of some pretty severe back pain, and I want more than anything to get it reduced. Being on the thinner side, my breasts stick out like a sore thumb, and finding shirts, bathing suit tops, and dresses that fit is a nightmare. I’m hoping to get my chest reduced as much as physically possible—in a dream world, I’d be an a-cup. I’m willing to settle for a b-c, just to get rid of this back pain, but I’m wondering if my dreams are unrealistic. Any help?
Answer: Breast Reduction Thank you for your question. Schedule a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your options. Hopefully, he or she can make your dreams come true. Best wishes!

Answer: I am a 6 foot 18 year old 120lb girl with 32DDD breasts hoping to get reduced anywhere between a b-c cup. Is this realistic? A breast reduction will be your best friend...It will change your life in so many ways....socially, emotionally, physically, sexual/aesthetically! Sports, clothing, everyday life will be better! research McKissock inferior pedicle technique to find out about the procedure. Paramount importance is to maintain the nipple/areolar complex on a broad-based inferior pedicle/blood supply to the nipple and also give you the chance of having normal or near normal sensation and the possibility to breast feed! Find an excellent board-certified plastic surgeon with a lot of experience with breast reductions and reconstruction. Good luck!

Answer: Excessive reduction is not needed to achieve pain relief There is a new technique called The Bellesoma Method, which allows women to keep the breast size they desire and still relieve pain. This is achieved by transferring the weight of the breast to the underlying pectoralis major muscle. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation and the ability to breast feed are maintained. You can be the cup size you desire. Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Size You may only be able to get to a size of C, and not B. I recommend an in-office examination as well as a detailed discussion with a surgeon who you are comfortable with. Finally, make sure your surgeon is a Double-Board Certified Plastic Surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery (ABPS), a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgery (ASPS), a member of the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS), and a fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS).Best,Dr. DesaiBeverly Hills Institute for Aesthetic Plastic SurgeryHarvard Educated, Beverly Hills & Miami Beach TrainedDouble Board-Certified, Double Fellowship-Trained Beverly Hills Plastic Surgeon
