These were taken about 6 months post op. My breast volume has decreased slightly, and I'm having a minor revision Jan 2022, but overall I am THRILLED with my results. I knew a breast fat transfer wasn't going to increase my breast size tremendously and I'll never have the implant shape, but I definitely got an size and a mini mommy makeover!
I was so nervous about surgery, the recovery and the results. But all 3 of the procedures I had at once with Dr. Brown went great. I went in for my consultation and Dr. Brown took his time listening to my concerns so he could give me a thorough explanation for each of my options. There was no question or concern I had that went unanswered. The very next day the office sent me quotes. I downloaded the application they use to upload your before and after pictures. The application also has videos of Dr. Brown explaining what each procedure is, how he does it & instructions for the recovery process for you to reference. Every step of the way is very thorough. His staff takes great care of their patients as well. I am so beyond happy with my results! Dr. Brown and his team are so caring and helpful. Communication with the office staff was great. Even when Hurricane Sally came through the week of surgery, his staff kept me up to date with the status of my surgery. Thank you Dr. Brown and the team!
So far Dr. Brown and his staff have been great. He has a wonderful sense of humor and has eased my nerves at each appt. Tomorrow I am going in to have lipo of my thighs and flanks, a donut lift, and a fat transfer to my breasts. I go in to surgery in the morning and I am excited, but also very anxious. I will post more after.
I went in for my consult with Dr. Brown and he explained all my options and his recommendations but also explained why he recommended those things. They let me come back in to retry the implants again before my surgery, they are busy but took the time so I could be comfortable. I had 590cc silicone implants with nipple reconstruction. I ended up having a random complication that resulted in having to have one of the implants removed 3 weeks post op. He remembered how much I didn’t like anesthesia and knew I saved up a long time for the surgery. He said we could try and do it in office. My implants were under the muscle which meant I needed to keep that muscle loose. I followed his instructions and had the implant placed in the office. It was easy and quick and I was back at work the next day. He was compassionate through the entire process. Having one boob and stuffing the other side was not mentally easy but he was encouraging and reassured me that it would be okay. I’m almost a month out and doing great. I’m so thankful that I waited for the right surgeon. I would do it all over again even knowing the complication because Dr Brown was 100% I am happy with the end results and doing great. He has a surgical nurse that assist him and she is wonderful! His PA is always helpful and keeps my spirits up with his wit. I would recommend Dr. Brown 100%!!
I have wanted a breast lift for YEARS, but I couldn't bring myself to do it for a myriad of reasons. Then there was the pandemic, and I thought, why not now? I would have plenty of down time for recovery. So, I started shopping around for a PS. I googled breast lift with fat transfer online, and found Dr. Ben Brown of Restore Plastic Surgery. I loved the idea of having my fat repurposed to my breasts. I don't think anyone offers this in my area, and I gotta say-I'm so grateful to have found such a skillful surgeon nearby. To be honest, none of my friends were familiar with him (at first), and most of them have had experiences with other renowned surgeons in the area. Word of mouth is always reassuring, and I didn’t have that with him. However, based on my research, Dr. Brown specializes in very complicated surgeries, e.g. lymphedema and reconstructive breast surgeries. This man clearly loves what he does, and spends his days restoring confidence in these amazing breast cancer survivors. My gut told me if he can do all that, a lollipop breast lift with a fat transfer from the flanks would be easy peasy. I have had the BEST experience with Dr. Brown and his staff from the very start of my journey. Initially, I was a wreck at the consultation (seriously, having my naked photos taken was way more frightening to me than the actual procedure), but he and his medical assistants were wonderful to me. They patiently answered all of my questions and Dr. Brown gave me realistic expectations. He’s a brilliant and kind physician, and I truly appreciate him. My surgery was seamless. I checked into Baptist Hospital early in the morning. I had one last pre-op with Dr. Brown before going into surgery. I, surprisingly, didn’t feel all too nervous. I knew I was in good hands. Since I’m writing this review, I also need to give a shout out to all the nurses at Baptist Hospital. They were awesome! I went to sleep looking up at their friendly reassuring faces, and I woke up to perky swollen breasts. The first two days, post-op, were the worst. The lipo procedure was the most painful part of the whole healing process. But, none of the pain was unbearable and I managed it just fine with Tylenol. Other than that, recovery has been a breeze. Dr. Brown gave each breast 200cc’s. I am now 6 weeks post-op, and I feel that the fat retention is going well so far. I’ve had a couple questions along the way in regards to healing issues, but Sean always followed up with me and told me everything was normal. I am grateful for my follow up appointments. It’s comforting to know that if anything does go wrong, I’m not alone on this journey. Fortunately, this isn’t the case. My results go above and beyond my expectations. The shape of my breasts and areolae are beautiful and symmetrical, my waistline is nice and trim… and it accentuates my large booty. LOL He truly did a stellar job! I’m glad I waited as long as I did to get this procedure; I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else to do it. My husband is super stoked too.:-) Put it this way, when my friends’ mouths fall agape to the floor after seeing my results, and they ask for my surgeons info—that speaks volumes. Dr. Brown is an artist. THANK YOU RESTORE PLASTIC SURGERY!
I’ve been wanting a breast augmentation for almost 7 years! I was finally able to go through with it and the outcome is just SPECTACULAR! I couldn’t have asked for a better PS. Dr. Brown gave me breasts that I am absolutely in love with and he also helped me reach a goal that once seemed like just a dream. Thank you for helping me feel BEAUTIFUL again! I received 445cc Natrelle Inspira High Profile Gummies and when I say these things feel REAL, I’m not exaggerating. More expensive implants, but so totally worth every penny spent! I had them inserted through my armpits (transaxillary) because I wanted absolutely no visible scaring & to look as realistic as possible! He most definitely helped me reach my expectations and I couldn’t be happier. (I’m only 4 weeks post op) lol. Updated on 6 Oct 2020: I had a breast implant exchange performed on me August 25th. I wasn’t satisfied enough with my first set of implants, I felt as if they weren’t portioned right and just not suitable for my body.. I may have had slight boob greed & still wish they were bigger now lol. But they are absolutely beautiful. Thanks Dr. Brown! Updated on 1 Jun 2021: After having 2 augmentations done last year, I am now 9 months post op and my current set of implants look like this...Could be worse, but could be a lot better. I will definitely be having another revision done, but I’m not sure if I will go to the same surgeon again. I’m just so disappointed with how far apart the implants are and I have absolutely no cleavage, even after forcing them together - they don’t want to move and have migrated towards my armpits because the breast pockets are still too big for the implants. I would love to get these exchanged out for 650ccs Updated on 6 Dec 2021: My boobs have dropped drastically. Honestly, they shouldn’t look like this at all..but I’m botched lol. When I lay down, my implants fall off into my armpits and my right breast has a HUGE dent in it. Pictures don’t do it justice. Not to mention, I have NO cleavage and my breasts will not push together when I force them. It’s as if they are stuck under my muscles like cement blocks lol. Updated on 27 Dec 2021: After spending over a year depressed with my second set of implants, I made the decision to fly to Miami & have an implant exchange done by one of the best surgeons in the US! I’m currently 6 days post op & I will continue to post photos/updates.
Let me start by saying I love me now. Last November I had cosmetic surgery. I had a tummy tuck and a breast reduction. Dr. Ben Brown and staff are amazing. I feel great! If you get a chance check them out. I’m having a facial today. They have all kinds of procedures for you.
Dr. Ben Brown performed my DIEP breast reconstruction in April 2019 and I am very pleased with the results. Dr. Brown is very knowledgeable and competent in his field. He and his staff at Restore Plastic Surgery always treated me with patience and kindness. I never felt as if I was rushed through an appointment and Dr. Brown always made sure I understood the process and was comfortable with it. His pre-op and post-op instructions were clear and easily understood. Dr. Brown and his staff were very patient with me with all my many questions. I would not hesitate to call on Dr. Brown if I ever needed any other reconstruction or cosmetic services.

Absolutely. The contour of the upper part of your ear would certainly be amenable to surgical repair. This would likely be a straightforward procedure that could be done in the office under local anesthesia and little, if any, sedation. I recommend consultation and in-person physical exam with a board-certified plastic surgeon in order for you to get the best assessment and treatment recommendations. Good luck and I hope this helps.
Great question. This complaint entails a level of difficulty that is often underappreciated by both patients and surgeons. Looking at your photos, I would predict that you are likely dissatisfied with the slope of the skin at the front of your neck. I would also guess, given your age and what I can glean from your skin tone, that there is actually little, if any, excess fat tissue. It appears that your lower jaw, and the chin connected to it, is displaced posteriorly (toward your back). You likely spent a lot of time in braces in an attempt to realign the teeth to account for the discrepancy between your upper and lower jaws. So what looks like a skin laxity issue is actually a lower jaw deficiency issue. There are a few ways to address this, and the simplest way isn't always the best way. The simplest solution would be to place a chin implant, and a neck lift could help with the slope of the neck. While this may help the contour, it's not really addressing the root of the problem. Another solution would be cutting your chin bone, sliding it forward, and resecuring it in a more projecting position. This is called an osseous genioplasty. This would have the advantage of avoiding placement of a prosthetic device (though small screws and plates are used.) It would also tighten the muscles attached to the chin, which would help to give create the sharper angle that you likely desire. A third solution would involve advancement of the entire lower jaw, which could give you even more advancement than an osseous genioplasty alone could accomplish. This solution is a bit more invasive and often requires an overnight stay in the hospital, as well as some orthodontic work to account for the movement of your teeth. All of these possible treatment plans can be done with intra-oral incisions alone. While a neck lift +/- neck liposuction may be able to improve your contour, I don't think those techniques are going to give you the optimal result that you are seeking. I recommend you consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon for a thorough, in-person physical exam and discussion of treatment options. Ideally, you can find a surgeon with experience with jaw surgery to at least discuss those options in-depth. Good luck and I hope this helps!
Unfortunately, this is a question that requires more information. Pictures would be very informative, but from the sound of it, a physical exam would likely be necessary to best assess the nature of the scar tissue that you are describing. Treatment options would depend both on the exact location of the scarring and the depth of the scar tissue. It is possible that it could either be released internally with rearrangement of soft tissues to support the area. It could also happen to be superficial and located in an area that skin can be excised. Transconjunctival procedures don't account for any skin excision needed, but don't inherently lead to any more or less scarring than other approaches. Given the nature of your problem, it is difficult to give a more detailed answer without a fair amount of additional information. My recommendation is to make sure your surgeons are board-certified. Seeking additional opinions is certainly okay and encouraged. If multiple board-certified surgeons are telling you that it is possible to get a good postoperative result, then that is likely an opinion that you can trust. Good luck and I hope this helps!
Great question. You are absolutely a candidate for a Brazilian butt lift. You are correct in that you don't have a large excess of fat to graft. Therefore, the volume you would be able to harvest and graft wouldn't be very large. That being said, liposuction of your flanks and abdomen could really help accentuate a modest increase in gluteal volume to give you the contour for which you are looking. In order to get the best assessment and treatment recommendations, I recommend you seek consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon. This will allow you to get a safe procedure and the best chance at an aesthetically appealing result. Good luck and I hope this helps!
Great question.A little more detail in this case would be required to make specific recommendations. specifically regarding imaging of your initial injury and the reason the plate was removed.Speaking generally, if you initially required an orbital floor plate, this was because of an increase in size of the orbit. The floor plate was placed to prevent your eye from sinking - causing an asymmetry and even affecting your vision. The most likely explanation is that the floor plate was essential for keeping your eyes at the same level. Depending on the reason(s) this plate was removed, you would likely benefit from having it replaced. There are several different materials with which you can reconstruct the orbital floor - titanium, porous polyethylene, or even your own bone. I recommend following up with your surgeon to let him know about the new asymmetry you are experiencing. If he or she cannot help you, then I recommend consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon for a thorough physical exam and discussion of all treatment options you have available. Good luck and I hope this helps!
