I am only 35 years old and have horrible jowls. They are getting really bad really fast. I am really self conscious about them. I'm concerned about not looking natural if I were to have surgery. What type of treatment would you recommend?

Answer: Surgical and Non Surgical Jowl Correction There are several surgical and non-surgical approaches.Non surgical include either RF (internal and/or external), ultrasound, and laser (recommend Sciton BBL or SkinTyte).Surgical approaches include Micro-liposuction or a mini-lift. An exam would be required to know which one is recommended for you.

Answer: Upper facelift occasionally indicated in young patients. Picture demonstrates some descent of the midface and malar fat creating some development of jowls. I really think a facelift limited to the area between the lids and the jawline is the best treatment. Fillers I think will give some improvement but is not the best choice.
