Bellafill in hands and top of wrist? (Photo)

lowejug
Had fractional laser done on the tops of my hands and arms 6 months ago.. seems I have lost Elasticity from it and it doesn't seem to be improving. Can I exspect improvement in time or is it lost forever? Will it re boot on its own? I am considering a filler but am un sure . Bellafill seems long lasting but knowing it's semi permanent I am worried if it doesn't look right I am stuck with it.I am 45 years old and my hands look like I am 70. Thanks for any advise
