Bellafill is a fantastic option for long-lasting results, but there are additional fillers and injetibles that can target your hands to improve your appearance for the long-term. I suggest that you move forward and consult with a board certified facial plastic surgeon to learn which option is best for you.

Another option is Radiesse which is FDA approved for the hands.  One syringe of Radiesse on each hand should give you the results you are looking for.

I do think that fillers is a good idea to rejuvenate you hands. The preferred fillers are Lyft and Radiesse, both of which are approved for this area. There are some injectors placing Bellafill in the hands and by report, they haven't had complications. I prefer to use cannulas for the hand injections for less bruising. If injecting Radiesse, 1/2 syringe per side is what I do, more at a subsequent visit. I mix 50.50 with lidocaine. Lyft requires 2-4 syringes total. Duration is about a year. Lasers with fillers gives optimal results.

Bellafill can be used to beautifully rejuvenate the appearance of the hands, as can Radiesse. In our experience, there is less post-procedure discomfort with Bellafill (less inflammatory response). Radiesse typically gives results that last for 1-2 years and Bellafill will likely last for 5-10 years.

Laser treatments can have a powerful effect in terms of skin tightening. While this can help reduce wrinkles, it can also cause soft tissue damage that can lead to internal scarring, which feels like persistent "tightness" to you. 
While Bellafill and other dermal fillers can definitely be used to soften the appearance of your hands, fat grafting is another option to consider. It is more invasive (meaning it requires the doctor perform a small amount of liposuction from your belly or hips to get the fat), but it has several added benefits. Firstly, while fillers dissolve over time, your own fat is transplanted to your hands and does not dissolve. It is your own body's natural tissue, so has a soft natural feel. Finally, there are stem cells in fat that can actually cause tissue healing, which may improve the quality of your hand skin that has become overly tight from the laser. 
I would seek out a board certified plastic surgeon who is trained in fat grafting before moving forward. They will likely be able to offer this procedure under local anesthesia (numbing medicine), or with mild sedation. Occasionally 2-3 sessions of fat grafting are needed to get the results you want, but in the hand area, a little goes a long way!

Bellafill is an excellent filler for the back of the hands.  It is softer and actually makes to create your own tissue over the first 6 months.  It will seemingly take more volume than the other fillers like Radiesse but that is because Bellafill syringes are filled to 0.8 cc as compared to many other fillers where the syringe is filled to 1.0 cc.  For the patients I have used Bellfill to rejuvenate the hands, we have used about 2 syringes on each side and these patients have been very happy.I hope that helps.Best regards.
