In my practice, we have used ThermiSmooth as an alternative to injecting Hyaluronidase to help smooth out any filler irregularities as well as to help with swelling and have had good success. You will most likely need more than one ThermiSmooth treatment to correct the issue as my practice normally does 2-4 treatments.

Non-invasive options that my patients have really enjoyed are Radio Frequency Microneedling, generally a 3 treatment series done every 4 weeks to help promote skin tightening and collagen production, as well as Ultherapy, a single treatment using Ultrasound therapy to promote collagen and skin tightening in the deeper layers of the skin. We have also seen amazing results in combining these two treatments. Preforming Ultherapy first, then starting the series of RF Microneedling about 2-4 weeks after. 

In my practice, patients generally only need 6 treatments with noticeable clearance from 15-30% each treatment. We have our laser hair removal patients coming in every 8 weeks for treatment. Although rare, darker/thicker hair may need additional treatment for full clearance. If the hair has not changed or reduced at all, the laser settings may not be correct for what you need. 

To help with deep, static frown line, also referred to as the "elevens", I pair Botox/Xeomin/Jeuveau with Bellafill. The neurotoxins will help ensure the wrinkles don't worsen due to relaxing the glabellar muscle and Bellafill is the only dermal filler that stimulates collagen growth long term to help maintain your appearance for up to 5 years.

These two treatments have proven successful to reduce the static lines as well as prevent worsening in the future in my practice.

I typically will improve cleft chins using the longest lasting filler, Bellafill. This filler is FDA approved to last through 5 years and can be reversible if needed. The results are immediate and there is none to very little downtime depending on the patient. Most of my non-surgical chin augmentation patients just report tenderness/soreness up to 4-7 days after the Bellafill injection. Generally, 1 syringe of Bellafill is needed for the chin augmentation.
