Thank you for your question. Please post photos on this site so we can discuss specific lines that you want addressed. Bellafill helps to regenerate your skin's own collagen structure, creating a firmer, more youthful appearance. I suggest that you move forward and consult with a board certified facial plastic surgeon.Best wishes,
Bellafill is usually used for volume and not for fine lines and wrinkles. Fillers that would work better for smile lines are Volbella, Juvederm, and other hyaluronic acid fillers would work great for smoker lines. Make an appointment with experienced provider to maximize your satisfaction with your injections. Best of luck!
Hi,Thanks for the question,I personally believe if you use some sort of gel like Restylane or Juvederm, as they can be injected way more superficially, the result is better and more natural.Best of luck :)
Bellafill is a thick Volume filler that is used a little deeper than fine lines. For fine lines, I would try Restylane Silk, or Boletero.

Although you will find some docs doing this, I don't think it is a good idea. It is possible to get nodules in this area if injected. Smokers lines are better treated with combination therapy including Infini, fillers (HA), and Botox.
Thank you for your question. #Bellafill (previously called #Artefill) is NOT safe to use around the lips or the eyes. Both areas have circular muscles that will cause lumps / nodules due. Unfortunately, I treat many of these horrendous complications in the Houston wide area. Hyaluronic acid fillers (#Restylane, #Juvederm, #Vobella, #Belotero) are safe in this area. Lasers, microneedles, radiofrequency, and ultrasound are safe in this area. When used appropriately (on-label), Bellafill is an excellent product for patients experienced with hyaluronic acid fillers and those patients with rolling acne scars. It has been FDA approved to last up to 5 years and I have seen it last longer than 10 years. For this product, please see an expert dermatologist or plastic surgeon who is highly experienced using Bellafill / Artefill. Best of luck,Suneel Chilukuri, M.D.Houston, Texas
Bellafill is a great filler for the lips in the right hands. Although many injectors shy away from using Bellafill in the lips, conservative lip injection can give wonderful results. Icing for a day after will help with bruising and swelling but there is no need to massage the areas of injection. I hope that helps and that you like your results. If so, make sure to write a review here on RealSelf to help other patients understand the benefits of this product.Best regards.
Hi, Thanks for the question. Bellafill for acne scar is a slow improvement and almost never 100%, so my suggestion is to go slowly one or two syringes at the time... and in between wait till it works... each time you see some improvement and you will stop when the rate of improvement is slow and...
I would not advise you to get Bellafill in your lips. If used for lips, then make sure that you have experienced injector. If not injected majestically it is harder to fix problems since Bellafill is semi-permanent. It lasts up to five years. After Bellafil treatment, provider will advise you to...
It appears that you have a great result from your Bellafill injection. It is a great filler and only rarely makes lumps that have to be dealt with. In the past 10 years that I have been using Bellafill, I have only had to inject a few patients. I tell every one that they may get temporary lu...
