Why did I get an acne breakout after fillers?

It is unfortunate and likely completely coincidental that you have developed an acne flare up following facial filler injections.  You have outlined some of the causes of acne break outs, stress being at the forefront of those potential causes.  It is not a typical post procedure occurrence but I do not think any of us can say with certainty that it is not secondary to a local reaction at the injection sites.  At this point, I would simply pursue a proper course of treatment for resolution of the acne.   I am certain that you received your filler from a reputable injector who uses only FDA approved fillers and suppliers and does not import their injectable agents to save a few dollars.

Acne does not typically come from Filler injections.  IF the filler has been placed too superficial, then you can have a breakout due to skin blood flow compromise.  You may want to follow up with your injector to see what has really happened.

It is unlikely that filler injections caused an acne breakout, it is probably a coincidence. Breakouts can be caused by a number of factors, including hormones. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist for treatment for active acne including skin care, peels, lasers, blue light and microneedling/prp. See an expert. Thanks for your question and although you think that the filler caused the breakout, it probably did not.  There is no evidence out there that fillers cause acne.  Not prepping the skin can induce an acne flair and sometimes acne flairs just occur.  If this is something that is not going away, then you need to see a board certified dermatologist and let them see what is going on, see if there is a reason, and get you on the appropriate treatment to take care of these concerns.

Best to see a dermatologist and maybe have hyalurondiase dissolver injected into the areas of Restylane. 

Please return to your injector to be seen and examined. It may require seeing a dermatologist as well if it is unclear what the reaction is if it is not acne.
