I had restylane lyft done under my eyes one week ago on upper cheek area as well as Botox on my forehead, crows feet and upper cheek. I still have very slight swelling under my left eye but I have acquired many more horizontal wrinkles under my eyes and deep indentations. I actually look older now. So will these horizontal lines go away if I wait a few weeks or can something be done to get rid of these new lines that have appeared? Can't figure out why this is happening??

Honestly, the Restylane Lyft should not be used in this area.  It is simply too hard to adjust for this zone.  The product is also very hard to manipulate in this area sufficiently to resolve an issue like this so you need enzyme to adjust this service. You many also had too much botox in the crows feet area.

It can take 1-2 weeks for your final results with Botox and fillers. For under eye wrinkles, I recommend a combination approach with Botox and fillers with lasers, radiofrequency, peels and microneedling/prp to get the biggest improvement. Sometimes the body can compensate and increase the under eye wrinkles when the crows feet are treated and a little extra botox directly under the eye is needed but often more extensive lasers and peels are needed.  See an expert. If the crow's feet area is completely frozen with Botox, when a patient smiles it can give this appearance.  The skin has to move somewhere, and generally it will crinkle up under the eyes if the crow's feet are completely blocked.  Once your Botox wears off a little, this appearance should dissipate.Also, you wrote that you had the Lyft placed "under my eye" "on the upper cheek."  The Lyft that was in your cheeks still appears swollen on both sides to me, which is probably compounding the Botox problem.  Once that swelling resolves, it should improve.
