March of 2022 i did an abdominal ct scan shows i have atelectasis in my left lung. Doctor told me to do breathing exercises and also prescribed Qvar and Abuterol. I also have asthma with i mentioned to the certified plastic surgeon and he said it was ok. But i totally forgot to mention atelectasis. Will that pose a problem or complications? Im scheduled for plastic surgery 2023.

I think you’ll have to ask each individual plastic surgery how they feel about it. Don’t expect plastic surgeons to be versed in infectious disease so probably most will ask you to get clearance from an infectious disease doctor or internist if they feel it’s an issue.
