The causes of postoperative nasal obstruction are numerous, and their treatments vary, therefore it is very important to determine the root of the problem first before initiating the treatment. Meanwhile, you can use some Saline nasal spray which may help to some extent. If the symptoms are very bothersome and interfere with sleep, you may use a nasal decongestant spray before you go to bed, but not longer than for 1 week.
