Nose job monthly payment: Is it possible to finance the surgery?

It is very common for patients to use financing from companies such as CareCredit or Prosper. These options are becoming more popular in use. CareCredit has been used for a while in Dentists' offices and Veternarians' offices as well. You have to first find out if your surgeon would accept that or not. These generally are the only financing options. There are very few offices who might be willing to do a monthly payment plan. RegardsDr. J

Many plastic surgeons offer out of house financing options to make surgery more affordable for patients.  In this case, you make your monthly payments to the company that you finance through.  The two main financing companies I use at my practice are Care Credit and Prosper Healthcare Lending.  You can find more detailed information about each option (and a link to apply), at the web reference I have included below. 

We use two very reputable companies for financing, CareCredit and Prosper. As a physician, most of us don't want to get into collecting monthly fees and billing beyond insurance billing. It's much more efficient for both you as a patient and us as providers to leave it up to the experts. Just like you should leave your nose up to and expert in rhinoplasty.

Given that you are 17, your parents would need to be involved in any decision you made about rhinoplasty. Assuming they are on board, there are health care financing companies that can give you a loan, where you make monthly payments thereafter. Another consideration would be to get a loan from your parents and then pay them back monthly. You would avoid interest charges and bank fees that way. 

Yes there is financing available, including 0 percent for a year or longer terms with interest. Go to carecredit.com. Also 7K may be high for a Rhinoplasty, you may want to consider getting other estimates from board certified plastic surgeons who perform Rhinoplasties.

Yes, this is possible. We work with two financing companies, Prosper and CareCredit. Both provide financing for surgical procedures. You can google their sites and apply online. I would apply sooner than later to ensure that your financing is in place prior to your consultation. Most importantly, at 18 you can choose to move forward with surgery but it will still be important to have the support of your family. If you have not already, please involve them in this conversation and try to get them on board prior to moving forward with surgery. You can possibly finance the remainder of your surgery but you will have to get approval from a finance company. good luck.  We use care credit for out clients.

Most of the practices offer options of financing cosmetic surgery through a third party payer, Care Credit being one of the examples. the bye rest rate is usually determined by the duration of the loan, and some short term loans may even be interest free to the patient. 

 Each individual plastic surgery office has different financing arrangements for cosmetic surgery. There are third-party financing options available, along with payment plans available to patients. Many offices  ask the patient to make all the payments first, and then undergo their procedure.  Choose quality not Price when looking for a rhinoplasty surgeon.
