There is no contraindication of doing limited facial surgery of that kind early after giving birth. This type of surgery is usually done in twilight or even local anesthesia. You should discuss this issue with a board certified plastic surgeon, expert in face lifts. Good luck.

If you are still breastfeeding, having a procedure would not be wise. If you are concerned about your appearance after pregnancy weight gain, a weight loss program might be your solution. If you were planning on having a facelift even before pregnancy, it could be done at that time, but weight loss might be a better start.

No, do not try and have a mini-lift this soon after delivery. One, you still very busy with the baby and are bending your neck a great deal. Two, the hormones from pregnancy are still affecting your skin and the levels needs to settle down to normal. Three, if you are breast feeding, you should have no surgery.
