Based on the photos, your most ideal procedure would be to have a deep plane facelift with necklift together. This procedure will give you a better and longer lasting result (10 years or more). A mini facelift can be done with a nice improvement in the jawline, but not the neck. If performed properly you can still get 5 years or more out of it.
