The duration of any facelift, mini or not, depends on a number of technical factors in how the procedure is performed. Based on the photos, your most ideal procedure would be to have a deep plane facelift with necklift together. This procedure will give you a better and longer lasting result (10 years or more). A mini facelift can be done with a nice improvement in the jawline, but not the neck. If performed properly you can still get 5 years or more out of it. In your age and with very mild signs of aging, patient should expect duration of 10-12 years, if not longer. In general, don't get a mini lift. Your age is consistent with getting a full facelift. A mini lift will produce mini results which don't last as long as a regular facelift. It also appears that you might have platysmal bands which are not usually treated with a mini. The longer duration expectations come with a regular facelift.

Nice posted photo. There is obvious mis understanding here. Full facelift longevity is 8-10 years vs mini face lift lasts 3-5 years. So in your case with only 1 posed photo the mini might greatly help but a full lift would be better. Best to virtual consult with....
