Im only 30 and my skin already seems saggy, would a mini facelift help my lower face?

Thank you for your question. Based on your pictures, you do have some skin laxity around the jawline and fullness under the chin. A mini facelift combined with a neck lift could work very well for you. The mini facelift procedure, most suitable for patients in 30's and early 40's, can help address premature aging changes like the ones you're experiencing by removing sagging skin and restoring a smooth facial contour. The added benefit of combining a mini lift with a neck lift can help get rid of excess fat under the chin and tighten the neck for an overall youthful effect. Please take a look the attached video. A mini facelift can help to lift and tighten sagging skin on the face, typically targeting the lower half of the face and neck. While mini facelifts are often used to correct signs of aging such as jowls, wrinkles, and sagging skin, they are not typically recommended If skin looks youthful. It is very possible to improve the skin elasticity and define the edges of the face or mandibular line with a nonsurgical treatment like Ultherapy. This may be a non-surgical alternative. Liposuction under local with skin tightening facetite and morpheus would correct this problem very easily and quickly with only 1-2 day downtime. A minilift would be overkill. Cost is only $4750 and so worth it.

While you don’t appear to be a candidate for a mini-facelift, you may benefit from facial liposuction to remove submental fat and create a more striking chin and jawline contour. For non-surgical treatments, Kybella injections can be administered to dissolve submental fat below the chin to define your jawline. RF microneedling is also ideal for reducing lower face sagging by boosting collagen production and improving the skin’s elasticity.

Your most prominent area is the area under the chin.  A mini lift will not address this. Submental liposuction might address this in combination with a lift.  Its best to go for further consultation.
