Age 29, am I a candidate for an early mini facelift? (Photos)

I am 29 years old and I get this lines in the right side of my face (perioral mounds?) and they have become progressively worse with loss of baby fat. Am i a candidate for a mini lower facelift or how can I get rid of this?

Thank you for your question and photos. You don’t appear to be a candidate for a mini-facelift, but you may benefit from injectable fillers to replace the lost volume you’re referring to. Administering hyaluronic acid dermal fillers into this area can restore volume to the skin to smooth the line on the side of your mouth. With a facial fat transfer, your body’s own fat can also be used to fill this area and create a supple, youthful-looking result. I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with an experienced, board-certified facial plastic surgeon or injector who can assess your concern and suggest the best course of action.
