Thank you for your question and photos. You don’t appear to be a candidate for a mini-facelift, but you may benefit from injectable fillers to replace the lost volume you’re referring to. Administering hyaluronic acid dermal fillers into this area can restore volume to the skin to smooth the line on the side of your mouth. With a facial fat transfer, your body’s own fat can also be used to fill this area and create a supple, youthful-looking result. I recommend scheduling an in-person consultation with an experienced, board-certified facial plastic surgeon or injector who can assess your concern and suggest the best course of action.

Thank-you for your question. You do not need a mini face-lift at this time. You can, however have some fillers to improve the counters which concern you. Please find an experienced Board certified Plastic Surgeon near you who can examine you and help you with all your concerns.

There is no way you should have a facelift at your age. However there are plenty of surgeons who will do one for you if you want.?
