Thank you for your question and photos. A corner lip lift is an ideal procedure for raising persistently downturned corners of the mouth. This generally involves removing a small sliver of skin at the oral commissures (mouth corners), with incisions placed along the vermillion border to reduce scarring. A lip lift can also enhance the overall appearance of your face by making the upper lip fuller, higher, and more youthful looking.

This is my expertise and a huge portion of my practice. Asymmetry is normal and expected. Buccal fat pad gives slimming not symmetry. Masseter botox will make you slimmer and make the jawline more loose. Fillers help give shaping and contouring. For facial slimming a combination of treatments are always needed. Options include: 1. Buccal fat pad removal to reduce fat on the lower face 2. Dear @ocean76, thank you for your. Based on the photos, and considering the results you want, I recommend a facelift for the second and third thirds of your face. This includes the first third of the neck. This would be part of your surgical plan for you to obtain better results. During this type of procedure, it is important to develop a surgical plan that considers the relationship between the areas to be treated and the other areas of the face to achieve a balanced, harmonious and long-lasting result. Based on these photos you seem to be excellent candidate for face and neck lift. Considering your age and skin quality, in good hands you can expect nice and durable result. Good luck.

I think anything short of a standard facelift you will be unhappy with. If you go with the mini it won’t give you the kind of correction you need and you will have to get in refine after a few years. You asked about minimally invasive options but you’ve done these and they haven’t worked for you

The goal of a lower face and neck lift is to tighten loose facial and neck skin, tighten loose facial and neck muscles, lift the jowls, and remove fat deposits in the neck to improve your jawline. A facelift is not going to address the downturn the corners in your mouth. Mini lifts give mini results, and we rarely perform them since it won't address the laxity in your neck.
