It doesn't appear that you would benefit from a mini-lift. If your face is full and you want definition, then reduction and liposculpting would be better. Lower cheek/eye hollows can be improved with fillers or fat grafting. Liposuction would provide greater jawline contour and submental definition. I don't see any premature jowling.

It does not look that you would have any benefits of face lift. Very likely that combination of selective liposuction (jowls) and fat grafting (pre-jowls hollows) may help. Good luck.

At age 30, you do not have Jowls, and you do not need a facelift. You have a prominent pre-Jowl sulcus, so consider a small chin implant which can improve your chin area. This procedure can be performed under a local anesthesia as an outpatient procedure. A chin implant would offer a permanent augmentation, and you can also consider fillers placed in there for a temporary augmentation

I would be very skeptical of any surgeon who offered to do any kind of facelift on you. It is inappropriately early IMO. Proper skin care and fillers is all you need.
