If only the fat pads were repositioned can the procedure be reversed? (Photos)

Question

I had lower blepharoplasty six months ago. After my recovery I noticed that I ended up with these terrible under eye discoloration I did not have before. My doctor said that he didn’t remove the fat pad but rather repositioned. I really regret the procedure and sincerely feel I look worse now. Since the fat pads were only repositioned is it possible to reverse the procedure? If so, would that resolve the problem. The first pic is before lower blepharoplasty and the second is post recovery.

Reversible, no your lower blepharoplasty is most definitely not reversible. That does not mean that you have no options. First, there is no substitute for a detailed in person assessment to understand precisely your concerns. For under eye circles, it  is possible that you would benefit from lower eyelid/midlface hyaluronic acid filler. Occasionally reconstructive surgery is what is needed for these. Don't let your surgeon keep whittling on the eyelids. If you are using eyelash growth products, please stop these. They are harming you.

From your pictures it looks like you have loss of fat causing some of the appearance of accentuated circles.  The best approach Would be to add fat back, but an examination is necessary and physicians experience and skill with fat transfer
To lower eyelids
varies greatly. Simply reversing the surgery is not possible.

In the photo, the lower part of the eyes looks dark.
It seems that it can be improved with under-eye fat repositioning surgery, but it is best to receive face-to-face treatment through accurate consultation and diagnosis with an eye plastic surgeon.
