Is it possible to get a revision eyelid surgery to elevate the eyelid laterally to get more show of it? (photos)

I am 48 years old, female, I get an upper eyelid surgery 7 months ago. I am not happy with the result as there are an excessive amount of skin at the external angle of the eyes. I don't like this, the upper eyelid has a tired look downward. Is it possible to get a revision eyelid surgery to elevate the eyelid laterally and, by this way, to get more show of it? thank you very much for your precious replies
