From your photos it appears you have prominent muscle around the lower lids. This can often be softened and made more symmetric with botox. hi dear thanks for your query. though the pic is slightly hazy but what I can see is very different from what u are guessing. looks like hypertrophied orbicularis oculi muscle which is quite a common problem. though u can not correct it 100 percent but most of it can be decreased by regular Botox injections . make sure u get injected from a very good expert since its very close to your eyelid margin. rest if u can share better pics I can evaluate even betterregards
