What is this little bump inside my nose? (photos)

I had Rhinoplasty 8 month ago and 3 months ago i noticed this bump inside my nose is not gone. if i touch it i don't feel pain. what could this be?.. could this be an abscess, but i don't have pain? i been having some burning but my surgeon said the burning could be just nerves.

Sometimes cartilage grafts can protrude into the nasal vestibule and cause a bump.  It may also be a small abscess but this is usually tender and red.    Can your prior surgeon examine you?

Thank you for your question.  There are a number of possibilities, the most common are scar from an incision site, cartilage graft and native cartilage.  If its not painful, not red, doesn't drain, and is not visible from the outside, whatever it is, is not going to be a problem for you.  The best advise I can give you is to ask your surgeon at your next visit, but don't stress out about it in the mean time.  All the best!

From your description it can be anyone of a number of things. The best thing you can do is visit your surgeon and have him examine you.
