Is this a blocked blood vessel after Juvederm injection 8 days ago?

From your photos it is apparent you are experiencing an adverse reaction from the injection. Make a appointment with a physician immediately to be assessed. All the best.  

A reaction like this is not normal 8 days after Juvederm injection. I am most concerned about the purplish appearing area which may indicate vascular occlusion. You need to see a doctor right away, not a nurse.

Your picture suggests a possible vascular occlusion which can occur when any filler is injected into a blood vessel, or sometimes when filler compresses a blood vessel. This should be reviewed by your physician, ideally a specialist like a dermatologist, immediately. There are a number of options to ensure this goes away quickly with no consequence. The nurse practitioner does not know skin like a specialist, so see a dermatologist for expert guidance.

You do have unilateral blotchy erythema and purpura which is more consistent with early or mild vessel occlusion and not a rash.  A skin allergy or skin reaction is rare and unlikely to appear blotchy, with purpura and unilateral.    You need to massage, take and aspirin, and urgently see a dermatologist for further evaluation and treatment.  Most dermatologists will see you urgently if you say on the phone that you are concerned about possible vessel occlusion from filler treatment. 

This is the type of issue that Allergan needs and wants to know about. Contact your injector and have her report it.  At least see a dermatologist

Some of what you have looks to be general bruising, some appears to be vascular or vessel occlusion. An in-person exam needs to be done immediately. Get to an MD, not a nurse, and see if they can give you a proper exam, put you on meds (Viagra is usually used as it creates blood flow to any area not getting enough), and take out some filler if needed. If the occlusion is minor you may not need to remove the filler, but the Viagra may do enough. But an in-person exam by an expert needs to be done asap.
