my patients consider that in almost all cases, the implants looks smaller as they settle. Some upper pole fullness is lost.this usually happens over three or six months, at which your final result can often be seen.

Thank you for your question and congratulations on your recent procedure! You're still very early in the healing process and most likely still have a bit of swelling. Your implants will take about 3-6 months to fully drop and fluff into their final place. 

Thank you for your question.  Most patients are swollen for several weeks following breast augmentation surgery.  It usually takes about 4-6 weeks for your breasts to settle and shape into place.  For now, I encourage you to continue following all post-operative instructions and regular follow-up visits with your board certified plastic surgeon.  Good luck! 

Usually your results at around 6 weeks once the settling process has completed are a bit smaller than they are at 1 week. You are very swollen right now and when that goes down you'll get a better sense of what the final size for your breasts will be.

Congratulations on your recent surgery and on an excellent result.  Your healing process is going exactly as expected.  Initially the implants sit too high on your chest, and then they descend into their final position over the next six months.  The swelling is maximal during the first week, and then starts to decrease over the next few weeks, and is gone by 3 months.  Make sure you write down all your questions and bring them in to your next postoperative visit with your plastic surgeon, which you should be having sometime between week 2 and week 6.  

Thank you for your question. It is not uncommon to have swelling. Breasts may not heal at the same rate, causing one breast to appear different than the other. It can take up to 12 weeks for the implants to settle and you to see the final result. Follow up with your board certified surgeon to address your concern. Good luck!

Based on what I can see in the pictures, you look exactly like you should at this point.  Swelling tends to decrease over the first couple of weeks, but your breast shape and size won't be more obvious for closer to 2 months.  I suggest you allow your body to heal and follow your surgeon's recommendations.

usually is associated with diminishment of volume as your swelling that occurred from surgery will also be going down in size and your tissue will soften and your breasts will take on a more natural look.  If you want the fake look that you have right now, you should ask your surgeon what to do to help minimize the settling that occurs with implants.  But in general, your breasts are the biggest in the few days that follow your procedure...
