Will my lower pole fill out or nipple placement change any as I ‘drop and fluff?’

As you know, three days after breast augmentation you may get very little idea of what things will look like down the road. I think it is always helpful to discuss this with your plastic surgeon so you may understand their expectations and hopefully be reassured that you will like you are and results.

I would not analyze anything so early in the post-op period. It takes months (not weeks) for the implants to drop and settle into the breast pocket and start to look and feel natural. Be patient and trust your doctors advice and reassurances. 

Thank you for your question. It is not uncommon to have swelling. Breasts may not heal at the same rate, causing one breast to appear different than the other. It can take up to 12 weeks for the implants to settle and you to see the final result. You are still early in the healing process and it is likely your implants will continue to settle into place and soften. Follow up with your board certified surgeon to address your concern. Thanks for your question about breast augmentation.At only 4 days post surgery it is normal for the breast to appear somewhat high and tight with some asymmetry.  It is far too early to make any reliable judgement on your final result.  Trust your board certified plastic surgeon and keep the faith.  I bet you will look great.Best wishes
