Hello, It appears that you have cephalically rotated and convex lower lateral cartilages. What that means is that the cartilages of your tip are round in shape and also pointed more upward. This results in the extra fullness you are seeing. This has to be treated in a very specific way to avoid problems. You should AVOID treating these by simply cutting away the extra fullness and stitching them together. This is a very quick and easy technique that often leads to very significant problems, especially in cases like yours. The typical issues that I see with such cases is that the nose pinches inward and the nostrils flare upward. My preferred way to treat such cases is with lateral crural strut grafts, derotation of the cartialges, and addition of alar rim grafts. Go to several different consultations to compare their assessments and treatment plans for your nose. Make sure to choose a plastic surgeon that specializes specifically in rhinoplasty. You would benefit from a tip rhinoplasty. Your side view looks quite good, your nasal columella is 110 degrees and your dorsum appears straight. The tip rhinoplasty would take 1-2 hours to perform under general anesthesia and costs $7,000.
