A rhinoplasty can be done to refine the tip and change the nasal columella angle, if needed. You may also benefit from a chin implant. I would need additional views to give you a more accurate answer. In terms of your lip, you would benefit from a lip lift. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners.

In so far as rhinoplasty, the surgery should be reserved for those people that have severe dissatisfaction with their nasal appearances. Based on your photos, you appear to have a pleasing nasal appearance. I don't advocate facial sculpting with fat remodeling in someone as young as you are. As we age, we naturally lose facial volume, and it's not always a great idea to make it go away surgically at a young age. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr. Joseph
