Do you feel any stitches popping out of your incision? Is your incision tender? Sometimes, permanent sutures used in Otoplasty surgery may pop out. This can cause localized redness. it looks mainly like crusting to me, not an infection. cleaning it gently (and remembering to do so going forward) will probably be the best thing for you to do.

You should clean the crustingand use a mild strength steroid cream twice a day for a week. That seems to be a dermatitis.
