3 years post op - should I be worried about possible infection? (photos)

I contacted my surgeon and they told me to clean it with salt water but that doesn’t change much

The distortion of the ear comes from skin closure tension and that is what is exposing more of the canal. It is called a smeared ear. You will need a scar revision. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

You can certainly do wrestling or boxing after an otoplasty, but it's best to always wear headgear. You want to try to prevent a cauliflower ear from trauma to the ears
