Can you ever do wrestling or boxing if you have done otoplasty?

Is it ever possible to do wrestling or boxing if you have done otoplasty? I know that after a year or so the ears will completely heal when that happens is it possible to wrestle or box. Or after 5 years for example is possible to wrestle or box.

Yes, you can resume these activities after 1 year. It would be beneficial to use protective headgear.

The ears are a very sensitive target in boxing and wrestling and might damage the surgery that was done. If you can take extra precautions to protect your ears I would recommend it

You can certainly do wrestling or boxing after an otoplasty, but it's best to always wear headgear. You want to try to prevent a cauliflower ear from trauma to the ears
