Is it ever possible to do wrestling or boxing if you have done otoplasty? I know that after a year or so the ears will completely heal when that happens is it possible to wrestle or box. Or after 5 years for example is possible to wrestle or box.

Look carefully at other people's ears - there is a lot of variation among humans and most people have asymmetry to a greater or lesser extent. I think your ear has an entirely acceptable appearance and very normal (whatever 'normal' is). the problem is mostly related to your perception and...
You may want to go back to your surgeon to discuss this issue. The excess skin, particularly in the first photo, would most likely need to be removed with surgery. The second photo shows more swelling, which may improve on its own with recovery.
I charge $3,500 for an otoplasty and the procedure is done in the office under local anesthesia instead of general anesthesia. It can be done under general anesthesia but it would cost more.
