Can deformed ears after deep plane facelift be corrected? (Photo)

Due to jaw surgery related sagging, I opted for a facelift (I'm 37). It did its job, but now my ears, which I loved before, are deformed. Firstly, the tragus has disappeared (thick and shapeless now), the lobes are stretched out and different shapes, and the skin doesn't merge with the ear seamlessly, which makes it very obvious (there is a clear border in terms of thickness and colour). What can be done to make my ears like they used to be? I'm so depressed.
