So will a small dose of Aazzalure 1 unit placed just above the arch of the eyebrow help to lift brow? (photo)

If one in fact did one unit of Aazzalure as pictured in the spots about the eyebrows, the effect would be almost not noticeable.   It is such a small dose that the effect does not even qualify as "baby botox." Aazzalure is the cosmetic version of Dysport.  So one unit of Botox is roughly like 2.7 units of Dysport.  So no, this tiny dose will do almost nothing.  Now if you did a more reasonable dose, say 12 to 15 units of Dysport, one would not get a normal eyebrow arch.  Instead this treatment pattern will result in muscle recruitment lines in the lateral forehead.  As an alternative, study my patented Microdroplet Lift® method that treats the resting brow pinch without freezing the forehead.  There are European Microdroplet Lift injectors.

Azzalure, not available in some countries, is the equivalent to Dysport. 1 unit, most likely, will not evoke any significant response. You may need 3-5 units of Azzalure per side to expect a visible brow lift.

I have extensive experience in Botox and Azzalure (Dysport also from Galderma) but I would have to say that the dose is much too low to cause any immobilization of the muscle. This is roughly only 1/3 of 1 unit of Botox. With Botox I would give at least 2 units per side for a slight brow lift so that makes at least 12 units Azzalure and do the rest of the face. Injecting in isolation for the "lift" only might not give you the expected aesthetic results.
The best thing would be for your doctor to assess how your brows are placed since you also want to correct any asymmetry. He/she would also need to see how strong your muscles are and check for any vascularity.
