I would like both sides of my face to look like my left side. My right cheek is much larger and my smile is uneven. The muscle on my left cheek is larger but somehow feels weak. It causes crinkling under my eye that makes me look even more assymmeteical

Answer: Botox + fillers Dear zodiacqueen98,it is hard to tell without an examination but you should get some improvement with a combination of fillers and Botox. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.Daniel Barrett, MD, MHA, MS Certified, American Board of Plastic Surgery Member, Am. Society of Plastic Surgery

Answer: Asymmetrical Smile Good afternoon. Thank you for your questions and pictures. Although, most people have slight asymmetry of their faces, this is completely normal. However, people do try to improve these findings if possible. I feel Botox would be very beneficial to help with the wrinkles a great deal and you would be very satisfied. As for Juvederm, I would need a few more side and oblique photos to make a better decision. Thank you for your questions and wishing you the very best of luck.Dr. Aimee Nguyen
