The best person to determine what to do with your facial structures is you! If you can figure out what is bothering you, it would be easier for somebody to help you. Thank you for your question. First, you are a beautiful lady. You are an excellent candidate for rhinoplasty. I think it is one of the most beautifying surgeries that we do as plastic surgeons. A large portion of my practice is dedicated to rhinoplasty surgery. It is important to only see plastic surgeons with extensive experience in rhinoplasty, ie perform at least 6 per month and have performed hundreds of cases. Also, critically evaluate on-line galleries to see if their art form resonates with yours. Rhinoplasty is definitely a grey haired plastic surgeon's sport. Best wishes to you.

You would benefit from a lip lift. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners.

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, if you nose bothers you, you may benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty. Your surgeon can accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your lower nose. Cartilage grafts may also be used to help improve tip refinement. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

from the front, it does appears your nose can benefit from some refinement at the tip. I think your lips are fine. The face, i need to see profile to fully comment. But from what I can see, you have a relatively large lower 1/3 of the face when the camera is not angled high. A genioplasty or even jaw surgery will help change your face proportion drastically to make your lower 1/3 of the face smaller and 'cuter'. .
