I want to feel beautiful, but i don't know what I should change in my face, what feels "wrong". I thinks it's the nose sometimes (too wide and short for my face), then I think it's my lips (too small?), even my face (long and flat?). What are the best procedures I can get?

Answer: Lip lift You would benefit from a lip lift. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Answer: Nasal evaluation Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, if you nose bothers you, you may benefit from a tip refining rhinoplasty. Your surgeon can accomplish this by trimming, suturing, and reshaping the cartilage in your lower nose. Cartilage grafts may also be used to help improve tip refinement. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person. Best wishes and good luck. Richard G. Reish, M.D. Harvard-trained plastic surgeon
