I did nose filler a while back but the lady injected a lot in my tip so when it dissolved I noticed the skin was a bit thinn.Can I still Do a rhinoplasty? How would this be fixed? I want my tip lifted
Answer: Rhinoplasty after filler... I haven't seen a case where having nose fillers dissolved precluded a rhinoplasty from being done. If the dissection stays right on the cartilage, everything should be fine. However, it's important to see a rhinoplasty expert for consultation.

When this has been the case, we have not met anybody who has had significantly thinned nasal skin. Answer: Rhinoplasty At the time of rhinoplasty, the skin flap is off the tip and if the skin is very thin it could be injured. There is no procedure to increase the thickness of the skin. However, a rhinoplasty can most likely be done with careful dissection.
