3 years post-op, the tip of my nose is pressed. Should I be concerned?

I had a rhinoplasty done in June of 2021. Everything went smooth and I am happy with my results. However, if the tip of my nose is pressed, there is a slight pain. Should I be concerned?

If you're concerned about the appearance of your nasal tip after surgery, you can consider bringing this up with your surgeon, or reasking your question with photographs that better describes a pressed nasal tip.
