This is not unattractive, unless if you think it to be. Some people would say that you have an ethnic nose. If you are having severe dissatisfaction with your nasal appearance, please consider meeting with several reputable rhinoplasty specialist so you could see what to achieve. In general, people who are dissatisfied with the nasal appearances that have broad flat noses, may elect to have surgery for nasal narrowing. Computer imaging may be helpful for establishing goals. Hello and thank you for your question. I would only recommend undergoing rhinoplasty if your nose is something that bothers you. The decision to do surgery should be based on your own perspective of your nose and not the opinion of anyone else.
