Thank you for your question and photo. A goal of a rhinoplasty procedure is to reshape the nose to create a more balanced, harmonious appearance with the other facial features. For this reason, you may consider undergoing a rhinoplasty initially and then assessing the results before receiving chin augmentation. I recommend that you schedule an in-person consultation with an experienced, board-certified facial plastic surgeon. They’ll be able to understand your aesthetic goals and help you develop the best treatment timeline for you.
It is impossible to suggest what kind of surgery, if any, would be needed based on this single photos. A series of good photos including profile and 3/4 views is needed for better evaluation. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon, expert in rhinoplasty, would be the best. Good luck.
First of all kudos for looking at proportions of your face. The classic proportions of the face divides it into 1/3rd from the top of your hairline to the area in between the brows and then middle half should be from the horizontal line between the brows to horizontal line under your nose and upper lip junction. Unfortunately we cannot see the lower 1/3rd. When it comes to the chin implant, we would need to see a profile photo as we need to gauge your chin projection as it relates to your nasal profile and your forehead. But to answer your question, yes, we often use chin implants to balance out the the proportions of the face with both rhinoplasty and chin implant.

Hi @profy3005. Thank you for sending your photos. You would be a great candidate for a rhinoplasty. You would benefit from removing the dorsal hump, reshaping the tip, correcting the nostrils, and decreasing the projection and size of the nose. A rhinoplasty in my opinion is one of the most...
Hi there! The options to fix an indented nasal bone include pushing the bone back outward (osteotomy) or placing camouflage over the indention site. An example would be the usage of temporalis fascia (strong tissue near the muscle of the temple) which is smooth and helps improve contour....
