Hello and thank you for your question. Crookedness after rhinoplasty can be due to asymmetrical healing. During the healing process, scar tissue may form unevenly. In my opinion, you will benefit from revision surgery to correct the asymmetry. Best wishes.

It is certainly possible to make small changes to the nose. The tip can be refined and better supported so it won't droop as much. That would make a nice improvement while still looking completely natural. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty specialist for consultation.
