Hi there! The options to fix an indented nasal bone include pushing the bone back outward (osteotomy) or placing camouflage over the indention site. An example would be the usage of temporalis fascia (strong tissue near the muscle of the temple) which is smooth and helps improve contour. Although not perfect, the latter option can often be done in clinic whereas the refracturing of bone requires some form of anesthesia for comfort.
