From the pictures you can see that I have pretty wide nostrils and a wide nose tip. My nose bridge has a slight bump as well. I am not sure if I'm a good candidate so It would mean a lot if I got answers. Anyways thank you.

Answer: How you may benefit from rhinoplasty Thank you for submitting your question and photos. You are likely a candidate for rhinoplasty to reshape the nose to create a harmonious balance with your other facial features. During this surgical procedure, the nasal bridge can be addressed, the tip can be refined, and the nostrils can be narrowed for a refined, feminine result. I recommend that you schedule an in-person consultation with an experienced, board-certified facial plastic surgeon who can assess your aesthetic goals and develop the best approach for you.

Answer: Yes, you are Yes, based on your photographs you look like a great candidate for rhinoplasty. You listed three focused concerns (dorsal hump, wide tip, wide nostrils) that correlate to your anatomy and can all be improved in a straightforward rhinoplasty operation. You may also consider a small chin implant, based on your photographs here, to help balance your profile further. You should find a rhinoplasty surgeon you like, be seen in person, and discuss with them further.

Answer: Rhinoplasty Candidacy The short answer on initial impression...yes. When we discuss the options for facial cosmesis in a consultation, sometimes patients know exactly what they want to change, and sometimes they don't. In your case, I would say your instincts are about right. The concept of "facial harmony" is important when selecting which features of the face to modify for an ideal aesthetic result. This basically means that if one feature looks out of proportion to another, then it may be the cause of the entire face to look out of balance. In this case, your nose is one of the stronger features of your face, which may be why your eye has been drawn to it. The width of your nasal tip and nostrils and "dorsal hump" can all be addressed in a rhinoplasty, or "nose job," with a combination of likely tip and dorsal reduction techniques. You can get the most specific description of the procedure, its risks, benefits, and any alternatives in a consultation with a plastic surgeon.
