I had a breast augmentation completed in September 23, that has had complications. I woke up with one large distorted breast (L) and one flat breast which is underfilled by the implant (r). I was told by the nurse caring for me the L was just swollen. I was told by my surgeon that nothing was wrong and it would settle. It is now apparant that the R implant has flipped and the L rotated. The crease was not released on the L which caused the double bubble. Can this be reaugmented?

Your left breast has bottomed out and the inferior pocket needs to be elevated. You might need to go down in size since you are not supporting this weight well. Please discuss this with your surgeon.
No, please, please do not go up to such a large and heavy implant. You will have a hard round ball on your chest and it will not look natural. With a capsule, it may be best to go somewhat smaller.
