The double bubble is the result of your original inframammary fold. Your implants are bottoming out and descending further down below the level of the inframammary fold. You will need the original inframammary fold revised and plication inferiorly to prevent further implant migration.

Hi, sorry to hear that you had a difficult time following your breast surgery. You would benefit from implant revision surgery, specifically to reinforce the inframammary fold, and exchange and reposition the implants. With revision surgery, you may wish to consider an implant with a round base so that implant rotation and flipping is less of an issue if it does recur in future.

Yes, your pockets can be adjusted. the double bubble will need to be lifted and tightened. Please discuss this with your surgeon.

Unfortunately, you have developed a double bubble and marked asymmetry. Good news is that this can be fixed! Most likely, you needed a mastopexy (breast lift) at the time of implant placement . That said, a revision surgery would involve elevating the implant to the original fold via capsulorrhaphy with simultaneous breast lift.
