Brazilian Butt Lift on a 16 year old

I cannot speak for all plastic surgeons, but I think performing a cosmetic surgery such as this in a 16 year old, even with parental consent, would be an unethical endeavor. Unless she has some deforming medical condition with her buttocks that requires surgical treatment to make her "normal," elective gluteal augmentation in a patient that is not of age to understand the risks and implications of such a procedure would not be a wise choice. I would advise that you seek a consultation with your local plastic surgeon and have your daughter explain to him or her what her concerns are. That person should be able to discuss with her what her areas of concern are and if any surgical procedure is right for her when she gets older. In addition, they might be able to suggest other alternatives to address her concerns that do not require surgery. Best of luck!

You should be at least 18 years old to be a candidate for plastic surgery.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 30 or less.
l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.
