Will a touch up procedure (round 2 BBL) enhance my results? (Photo)

Question

Attached is a pic showing my results at 1-month post and 2-months post BBL. I LOVE my 1-month results, but my 2-month results look almost like my before pic- I lost a ton of volume, my waist isn't as defined and the side indentations came back. I don't know why the fat didn't stick-would a second procedure give more permanent results? I hate to have another surgery but I've already put so much energy into getting the results I want. I'm just so sad and disappointed. I'm not sure what I did wrong

If you want a significant improvement, many areas would likely need to be liposuctioned to get enough fat to make it worth your while.
